Title: Decent for what it’s worth
Review: For $200, it is what it is. It’s not very heavy. I lifted it up and carried it myself without any issues. You will want to make sure that it is secure to the floor. Once you put items in it, it becomes unstable, and feels like it will fall over because of how skinny it is. Basically, it becomes top-heavy very quickly. The lights are great to help me see inside considering it is in a dark space. The two handgun holders on the door are cool, but you can’t put anything in them if you have more than 2 rifles in there. I was only able to fit 4 rifles with scopes on them, and I will probably take one out. When I was closing the door, it was pressing on the rifles, which means that it is pressing on the scopes. This will cause the scopes to be knocked out of place most likely. The only way this will likely fit 5 rifles, is if they do not have scopes on them. Two of my rifles have a 44mm scope and two have larger scopes on them. I felt like I was having to force the bigger scoped rifles in the safe to get it to close. I’m probably going to take them out for fear of getting the scopes damaged. The shelf above is nice and snug. It will not fall on you. Very secure. There are several ways to open the door: push code, key, emergency battery. The extra storage spots on the door are nice for ammo. All in all, it might not be a top-tier safe, but it is fine for the price.
