Title: Arguably the best safe on the market today for the money
Review: I spent a long time, I mean a very long time, evaluating gun safes. From the cheap cabinet styles we see everywhere to the more advanced security cabinets with integrated storage systems, to conventional fire-rated safes from Cabela’s and Harbor Freight. While it’s true thieves can use power tools, that’s really much less common as power tools take time, generate heat and smoke, and require pre-planning. Thieves will use a simple breaker bar to pry open a safe. The simple cabinets wouldn’t last a pry attempt for more than 30 seconds, while larger commercial safes can be broken into in under 5 minutes with a pry bar. But not the Kodiak with its fantastic locking mechanism, SafeX, making it virtually impossible to pry open. It’s a beast, solid, and opens and closes smoothly. Very satisfying operation.

Title: Great First Gun Safe!
Review: Nothing but praise for this product. I believe that this Kodiak gun safe is the best value out there in this product segment. It was easy to program and has worked flawlessly ever since. The padded shelves are easy to configure and reconfigure to meet changing needs. It came with 3/8″ concrete anchors that I upgraded to 1/2″. If you are installing the safe in your garage or basement, it’s best if you have low-pile carpeting on the floor. I also recommend you install a humidity gauge and go with an electric dehumidifier rod. Once you bolt this to the ground, it is not going anywhere.

Review: The Safe is amazing and the delivery was prompt. It is as solid as a tank, holding all my weapons, magazines, and gear with plenty of room for more. Instructions were easy to follow and setting the lock was no problem. The best safe I’ve ever bought, worth every penny.
